How Credits Work
Every plan gives you a monthly credit pool. Each interview type costs a different number of credits. Use them however you want — it's your mix.
Text Interview
5 credits
Chat-based. Fastest way to drill answers and refine wording.
Core plan → up to 70 sessions
Voice Interview
15 credits
Speak naturally. Builds verbal fluency, pacing, and filler-word awareness.
Core plan → up to 23 sessions
Video Interview
50 credits
Full simulation with video avatar. The closest thing to sitting across the table.
Core plan → up to 7 sessions
Example mix with Core (350 credits):
40 text (200 cr) + 6 voice (90 cr) + 1 video (50 cr) = 340 credits used

How Session Timing Works
Real interviews run on the clock. So does JobConfident.
Timed Sessions
Every session has a time limit based on your plan (30–90 min). Your JobConfident Coach wraps up naturally when time is up.
Countdown Warnings
You'll see warnings at 5 minutes and 1 minute remaining, so you can pace yourself and close strong.
Rare Extensions
Running low? Request a one-time 15-minute extension (5 credits). Extra time isn't guaranteed — just like real interviews.
Time Management Scoring
Your evaluation includes time management as a factor. Learning to pace yourself is part of the training.
